Euno Terms of Use
Welcome to Euno. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Euno application for iOS (“Euno” or the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Euno
Euno is a dual-camera creation tool. It captures the front and rear cameras simultaneously, records synchronized split-screen video with ambient audio, and composes the two feeds into a single finished clip on your device. Euno also provides photo capture, trimming, creative modes, look adjustments, and watermarking.
2. System Requirements

3. Your Content Stays on Your Device
Videos, photos, and audio you record, import, or export are captured, composed, and rendered entirely on your device and saved to your photo library or the App sandbox by your action. We do not upload, back up, or scan your media. You keep all rights to your content.
4. Permissions
Euno requests system permissions only when the related feature is used:

You can revoke any permission at any time in the system Settings app.
5. Using the App Responsibly
- You agree not to use the App to record, produce, or share content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
- When recording people or private property, you are responsible for obtaining any consents required by law.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its services.
6. Online Services and Tutorials
Euno ships an offline tutorial and may offer extended online chapters and service configuration over encrypted connections (HTTPS with an additional application-layer encryption for business payloads). If an online page cannot be reached, the App retries once and then falls back to the bundled offline copy of this document or the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Components
The App includes Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics. Its use is governed by the Crashlytics Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”. Recording outcomes depend on device hardware, storage, and system conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of content caused by device or system failures outside the App’s control. Keep backups of important recordings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms with new versions of the App. Material changes will be surfaced in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
